Port Elizabeth, St Vincent & The Grenadines

Port Elizabeth is the main village on the island of Bequia, located about 161 km’s west of Barbados and 98 km’s south of St. Lucia. The 16 sq km island is part of the republic of St.Vincent & the Grenadines in the Lesser Antilles. The main port Admiralty Bay and Port Elizabeth are situated on the leeward coast. The bay is a large natural harbour, so there are always yachts anchored at the beaches lining it.

A stroll along Port Elizabeth’s charming waterfront will take you from the vegetable market to "front street" with its many shops, boutiques and restaurants. Port Elizabeth also offers several ocean front bars with the most popular being Frangipani Bar and Restaurant on Admiralty Bay. Adjacent to Frangipani's are a number of local establishments that one can enjoy as they make their way around the quaint ocean front walkway that encircles much of Admiralty Bay. From there the walkway continues on a hilly track to Princess Margaret Beach and Lower Bay Beach.
