Kapas Island or Pulau Kapas is an island 6 kilometers off the coast of Terengganu, Malaysia. "Kapas" is the malay word for cotton. It features crystal clear seawater, pristine powdery white beaches and untouched tropical jungle. It is promoted as a "snorkeling paradise", with several dive resorts and coral reefs.

Colourful variety of fishes and corals can been seen in the crystal clear waters surrounding the island. For those who love the sea and the outdoors. Pulau Kapas is ideal for swimming, snorkeling, wind surfing, kayaking, boating or just lazing around.

Return trips take 15 minutes by speedboat. Slower, cheaper boats are also available but take 30 minutes.
