Playa Herradura is a beautiful black sand beach complete with palm trees and aqua green water. Until the last ten years Playa Herradura was mostly unknown but was a popular spot for campers and people who wanted to get away from the hustle of Jaco. But due to the Los Suenos resort, Playa Herradura has become a much more traveled destination.
Inside the Los Suenos resort are the Marriot hotel and the Los Suenos Marina and Marina Village. There is golf, tennis, spas, casino,shopping and of course world class offshore fishing. Los Suenos Costa Rica is also the perfect spot to start any one of dozens of day trips including National parks, Volcano's, zip lines, crocodiles and Jaco nightlife.
