From the capital, you can travel to Cadiz and Arrecife de Lanzarote with the Trasmediterranea Shipping Lines. Naviera Armas Shipping Lines runs a jet foil service, connecting the Island with Tenerife and Gran Canaria. There is also a ferry crossing from the ports of Corralejo in Fuerteventura, to Punta Llana in Lanzarote, with Fred Olsen Lines.
