Ono-i-Lau Island, Southern Lau Group, Fiji

Ono-i-Lau is a volcanic and coral island in Fiji's Lau archipelago. One of the southernmost of the Lau Islands, it is considered to be one of the most isolated islands in Fiji. It is 90 kilometers southsouthwest of Vatoa, the nearest island. There are four villages on the island - Nukuni Village, Matokana Village, Doi Village and Lovoni Village.

Transport Links – Ono-i-Lau can be accessed by boat from Lakeba island which is one of the few islands in Fiji's Southern Lau Archipelago with both an air strip and a safe anchorage for small vessels. There is an airstrip on Ono-i-Lau; Fiji Air offer monthly flights to Ono-i-Lau.
